Tromsø, which seems like a small suburb with mountains and fjords, is the largest urban
area in Northern Norway and the cultural hub of the region. It is home of the world’s
northernmost university, brewery, cathedral and botanical garden. The sun does not
shine at all between November to January and there is midnight sun in summers. During
the city tour, we will take a cable car ride to Mount Storsteinen, The lower station is
located on Tromsø's mainland, 50 m above sea level, while the upper station is situated
atan altitudeof421 mabovesealevel. Theridetoupperstation takes aboutfour minutes.
You can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Tromsø and the surrounding islands.

Tromsø with highest chances for clear skies. Once we find clear skies and stars, we will

often covered in snow for a significant portion of the year.
